Natalie is a thoughtful and client-focused Registered Clinical Counsellor who supports individuals in navigating life’s challenges with clarity, compassion, and practical tools. Her approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practices that respect each client’s unique identity and lived experience.
She offers support across a wide range of areas, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, interpersonal difficulties, ADHD symptoms, and major life transitions. In addition, she specializes in helping individuals understand and improve their executive functioning skills, such as time management, organization, emotional regulation, and task initiation—skills often impacted by ADHD, neurodivergence, or chronic stress.
Natalie also works with clients on adaptive functioning, helping them build routines, strengthen daily living skills, and develop strategies to better navigate personal, academic, or professional responsibilities.
Using an integrative, strengths-based approach, Natalie draws from modalities such as IFS, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and solution-focused counselling. Her goal is to equip clients with practical tools while holding space for emotional healing, growth, and self-understanding.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or in the midst of a life transition, Natalie offers a warm, inclusive, and non-judgmental space where change feels possible and progress feels supported.
